I’ve recently returned from a 2 week road trip spent visiting friends and checking out a couple of places we haven’t stopped at before – it was awesome! My biggest question when I decided to start the Autoimmune Protocol was, seriously, “but what will I eat for breakfast?”. And it’s really hard to think outside the (cereal) box when we’re so used to eating grains! For me, breakfast would usually be would be toast, porridge, or muesli, a couple of boiled eggs, or yoghurt with berries and nuts (yummm….still missing that one).
